Family Service of Chester County

Family Service of Chester County (FSCC) is a counseling and human services agency dedicated to serving the most pressing needs of Chester County residents. Founded in 1947, our mission is to promote the wellbeing of families and individuals and to advocate for change. FSCC was originally founded to serve veterans returning home from WWII and their families, and has grown as the needs of the community have changed.

We believe that everyone has a right to be fully integrated into their community, have stability in their family life and home, and contribute to their community’s future.  The generous community support that we receive allows us to provide our services at no cost or at low cost to our clients. We do not require health insurance, and we never turn anyone away. We prioritize access and have strategically located our five offices across Chester County to best reach members of the community most in need.
